Refund policy

Oh no! Not feeling the pep with your Pep-Strep and want to make a return? No worries, babe, we got you covered! You've got a fabulous 14 days from the shipping date to request a return. We'll make sure to credit your refund back to the original payment method you used for your purchase. Just a heads up, return costs will be on you, darling.

 

STEP 1: Register Your Return Ready to start? Email us at  pepstrep@outlook.com with your name and order number in the subject. This step is crucial for a seamless refund process.

STEP 2: Pack It Right Pop the items you’re returning back into their original box. Seal it up nice and tight, and remember to remove the old shipping label.

STEP 3: Send It Back After our response to your return request, take your package to the post office within 3 working days. Keep in mind, you'll be covering the return shipping costs.

STEP 4: Refund on the Way Our warehouse team will check your return, and if all's good, you'll see your refund within 3-4 working days (excluding shipping costs).

 

Color Exchange Policy

Fancy a different color? You can totally swap your item for another hue, provided it’s the same length. Here’s how:

• Email us at pepstrep@outlook.com with your exchange request.
• Make sure the item is in perfect condition, just like you received it.

 

Length Exchange? Here's the Twist!

Want a different length? Here’s what you need to do:

• Follow the return process above to send back the original item.
• Place a new order for the desired length on our website.
• Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund as per our policy.

 

Please note, items purchased during sales or promotional events are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We strictly adhere to Dutch return laws to ensure everything is fair and fabulous.
